Jack’s Mannequin set to play the University of Scranton

The University of Scranton has announced it’s spring concert, Jack’s Mannequin. The concert will cost $20 and tickets can be purchased here.

Jack’s lead singer, Andrew McMahon has a history with the University of Scranton. His former band, Something Corporate, played one of their last shows at the school in the spring of 2005. McMahon was diagnosed with leukemia shortly after the performance.

I will most certainly be in attendance. Fun fact: The first article I ever had published was a review of Jack’s Mannequin’s debut CD, in The Stroud Courier, circa 2005.
